As announced via GameTribe, many of you may wonder how the actual account transfer works. We hope the given information below can help you with the account transfer process.
1. How can I transfer my EU Dekaron account to GameHi?
By clicking on the “Account Transfer” button on the gametribe site, you are automatically directed to “Game Account Transfer” section on the gamehi.com site.
l STEP1. DB Migration & User Agreement
Fill your GameTribe’s account in the Account ID and Password fields.
And then, click on “I Agree” button to continue this process.
l STEP2. New Registration on GameHi.com
Register your new account on GameHi.com
l STEP3. Transfer Completed
Your account transfer is completed when the success message is displayed. If not, please contact us via the contact information on the page.
2. When will be new server open?
l Phase 1: September 14 12:00 am CET
- EUDekaron server & GameTribe’s service will be down.
- GameTribe’s billing service will be closed.
l Phase 2: September 15 ~ 16: EU Dekaron data migration jobs
l Phase 3: September 17 04:00 am CET: Global Dekaron server & service are expected to be open.
3. Which server should I be access when servers are back up?
l A new name of the main world at Global Dekaron is “Hellion” where EU Dekaron player can begin gathering together.
l A name of each server under “Hellion” remains same – Divine Valley, Arcadia, and Helicita (New).
4. What about my characters (stat. skill, armor, weapon, cash items, etc)?
1) Character
Your character’s name and corresponding data (such as level status, stat, skill, pet and pet’s inventory, armors, and all items reserved in your character’s inventory) will still remain the same.
2) Guild & Friend’s List
Your guild information, guild member, and friend’s list still remain the same.
3) Cash Items (being in use at current).
l All cash items being in use will remain the same.
l Some cash item(s) being in use are based on the time basis. It means your time-based cash items will elapse while the server is down and you are unable to access to the game for using them. To compensate your cash item(s) on time-basis, “Veteran Amulet” will be given out to your character’s mailbox accordingly. For instance, if your cash item loses 1 day, “Veteran Amulet (1day) will be compensated.
5. Anything else? What should I know more about this account transfer job?
l If your accounts or character(s) are already banned by GameTribe before September 14 12:00 CET, these account(s) or character(s) will be unable to be unbanned.
l If you create new account, character, new items obtained from in-game fields, or cash items purchased from in-game shop or GameTribe during the 3 days from September 14 12:00 am CET and until new server opens, no data will be reconstructed and there will be no refunds.
l Open time schedule for Dead Front will be announced later soon. Please be acknowledged that this schedule can be changed by GameHi in a timely manner.
6. What new contents will be introduced via Global Dekaron service?
What’s Difference from the old version?
l The EXP curve has been flexibly changed. It means obtaining EXP will be much easier and your character level-up will be faster than the old version of EU Dekaron.
l New Veteran’s Talisman will be available on Global Dekaron.
What’s New in the version of Global Dekaron?
l New Class – She is Aloken (Aloken class will be added)
l Quest Renewal & New Quest added
l Superlative level “Doom” (level 151+) will be added in Dead Front
l Auction System – Victor of Braiken Castle / Muras of Loa Castle.
This system allows you to register good stuffs which you want to sell or search and purchase unique items from other players via Auction System. By meeting the NPCs (Victor of Braiken Castle / Muras of Loa Castle), you can enter into the auction market.
l Others (UI, Shortcut key Adjustment, and more)
7. What benefit or compensation can we get from GameHi?
l September 18 12:00 am CET ~ September 20 12:00 am CET (3 days)
l 200% EXP compensation event will be running to compensate for the time you are unable to access to the game.

Here is an update on the upcoming account transfers that will hopefully answer some of your questions.
1.Transfer of European Accounts.
Dekaron forum has opened on September 4th, and many users from Europe have already been signing up. However, only after the Account Transfer button becomes active September 17th, will you be able to successfully transfer your GameTribe.com account to GameHi.com. On September 17th, we will open an easy, step-by-step instruction page on how to transfer your GameTribe.com account and register at GameHi.com.
For those who have already registered an account at GameHi.com, you will have to RE-REGISTER coming September 17th to successfully transfer your Dekaron characters from your GameTribe.com account.
Please note, that any user who does not register through the Account Transfer Page, which opens September 17th, will not be able to transfer their characters to the GameHi.com server.
2.Regarding IP access to Global Dekaron.
Servers will be open Worldwide, which includes Europe, Eastern Europe, Oceania, North American, South America.
3.Item Duplication
Illegally duplicated items from the EU Dekaron version will be deleted on September 17th upon account transfer. More details regarding this issue will be addressed in upcoming days.
